28)Millionaireslaves.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content, typographical errors, or photography posted on the Site or in connection with the Site, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Site. a)Millionaireslaves.com is not responsible for the on line or off line conduct of any user of the Website or anyone whomsoever, without limitation. b)Millionaireslaves.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications. 

29)Millionaireslaves.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with Millionaireslaves.com. 

30)Under no circumstances will Millionaireslaves.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Site.

31)Millionaireslaves.com is not responsible for any content, files, or photography posted on the Site or transmitted in any way from or to Members, or any interactions are between users of the Site, whether online or offline. 

32)Millionaireslaves.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Website. 

33)IN NO EVENT WILL MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, COVER, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, EVEN IF MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

34)MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATION OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED COMMISSIONS, OR EXPENDITURES OR COMMITMENTS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 

35)MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, UNDER A THEORY OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM OR (2) ONE DOLLAR ($1.00). MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM’s SUPPLIERS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 

36)Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the other party. a)Millionareslaves.com may terminate any connection or affiliation with any one at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates local, state, federal or governmental laws or regulations, for complaints, or for any infringement or violation, actual or perceived, of the Agreement. The following is a non-exclusive list of ACTIONS AND CONTENT PROHIBITED on the Site. 

37)Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease use of MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM and destroy all copies of MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM materials and all of its component parts including bookmarks and other electronic connectivity. 

38)Termination will not release parties from this legally binding agreement. 

39)Any infraction of this agreement will constitute immediate termination of your use of the Site, including but not limited to chat room, message boards, calendars and forums, without prior notice. 

40)If termination is due to ANY UNLAWFUL ACT MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM WILL REPORT IT. 

41)Compliance with Laws and U.S. Export Controls: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and orders regarding you’re respective activities related to this Agreement. 

42)You acknowledge that the Site may be subject to U.S. export restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations that apply, including without limitation the U.S. Export Administration Regulations Software from this Website (the "Software") is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq,Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.

 43)By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. 44)Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect its conflict of law principles to the contrary. The 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods or any successor thereto does not apply.

 45)I irrevocably agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolving any disputes pertaining to this website, including but not limited to any goods, services and/or contents you obtain, shall be Arbitration as define herewithin, the Missouri Superior Court or the United States District Court for the Missouri should arbitration not be sufficient to resolve he matter. 

46)I agree that Missouri law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in St. Louis, Missouri. 

47)All judgments and interpretation concerning the application and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Millionareslaves.com. 

48)ARBITATION: All disputes and respective assigns, attorneys, and successors of any kind whatsoever, arising from the transactions of this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 

49)Arbitral claims shall include, but are not limited to, tort and contract of all kinds, and all claims based on federal, state, or local statute, laws and regulations. 

50)Arbitration shall be final, binding and the exclusive remedy for all parties for all claims with the fees of the arbitrator being paid for by the losing party, as determined by the arbitrator. 

51)YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM AGREE TO ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM, CONTROVERSY OR DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EXCEPT THAT YOU OR MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM MAY BRING AN INDIVIDUAL ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. 

52)YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT EVIDENCES A TRANSACTION IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE AND THAT THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT WILL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. 

53)TO INITIATE ARBITRATION, YOU OR MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM MUST FIRST SEND A WRITTEN NOTICE, VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, TO THE OTHER PARTY INDICATING AN INTENT TO ARBITRATE, WHICH WILL INCLUDE: (a) A DESCRIPTION OF THE FACTS; (b) A DESCRIPTION OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM; AND (c) THE RELIEF SOUGHT (“NOTICE TO ARBITRATE”). SEND NOTICE TO: MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM., ATTN: ARBITRATION, P.O. Box 142804 ~ St. Louis, MO 63114. 

54)BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO MAKE REASONABLE ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE ANY SUCH DISPUTE; HOWEVER, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT RESOLVE THE DISPUTE WITHIN FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO ARBITRATE, THEN AN ARBITRATION CLAIM MAY COMMENCE. ANY ARBITRATION INITIATED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES (AND THE AAA SUPPLEMENTAL PROCEDURES FOR CONSUMER-RELATED DISPUTES AS THEY MAY BE APPLICABLE), AS MODIFIED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 

55)INFORMATION CONCERNING THE AAA, ITS ARBITRATION RULES, AND OTHER INFORMATION CONCERNING ARBITRATION PROCEDURES AND FEES CAN BE FOUND BY CALLING THE AAA AT 1-800-778-7879 OR VISITING ITS WEBSITE AT: http://www.adr.org. 

56)THE LOCATION OF ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY A SINGLE NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR. YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM WILL COOPERATE IN GOOD FAITH TO SELECT THE ARBITRATOR WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. 

57)IF YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM CANNOT AGREE UPON A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR WITHIN THE THIRTY-DAY PERIOD, THEN EITHER PARTY MAY REQUEST THAT THE AAA APPOINT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR. YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM FURTHER AGREE THAT NO ARBITRATOR WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AWARD ANY RELIEF OR REMEDY IN EXCESS OF OR CONTRARY TO WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH PROVISION IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. 

58)THE ARBITRATOR’S DECISION AND AWARD WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED INTO IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. THE LAW THAT IS APPLIED TO THIS AGREEMENT ALSO WILL BE APPLIED IN ANY ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. 

59)ALL ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND FEES OF THE ARBITRATION WILL BE BORNE EQUALLY BY YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM. YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM WILL EACH BEAR THE EXPENSES OF ITS OWN COUNSEL, EXPERTS, WITNESSES, AND THE PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ARBITRATION. 

60)Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO WAIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS TO LITIGATE DISPUTES IN COURT, TO RECEIVE A JURY TRIAL, OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLAIM ON A CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED BASIS OR IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM BOTH AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT A CONSOLIDATED, CLASS-WIDE, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS AND THAT IF ARBITRATION IS NOT CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, THIS SECTION WILL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID. 

61)THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF WARRANTED BY THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM. IF FOR ANY REASON THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED INAPPLICABLE OR INVALID, OR THE EXTENT THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE ALLOWS FOR LITIGATION OF DISPUTES IN COURT, YOU AND MILLIONAIRESLAVES.COM BOTH WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLAIM ON A CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED BASIS OR IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. 

62)Attorney’s Fees: In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. 

63)You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent. Any assignment in violation of the foregoing will be void. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement will be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns. 

64)The Website is for the personal use of individuals and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. 

65)Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. 

66)Millionareslaves.com reserves the rights to modify, amend, delete, and add to these Terms and Conditions, without notice. If at any time this policy is altered you will be bound by this Agreement containing the terms and conditions of use. 

67)It is the responsibility of those that access the site to be aware of any changes to the terms and conditions. 

68)We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notification. 

69)In all communication including a profile, you hereby state that all details are true. 

70)We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, disabilities, weight, height, or religion. However, the Site has full rights to refuse access and use at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause. 

71)Users of the Site accept full responsibility in all manners for any and all information and content they provide waiving all liability from Millionareslaves.com and the Site. 

72)We are not responsible in any manner for any content, advertising, articles, interviews, message boards, groups, links, calendars, and chat room. All content and participation is the sole responsibility of the user. 

73)You agree to not translate, de-compile, disassemble, circumvent or otherwise attempt to unbundle, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Site without our prior written consent. 

74)Users must provide an electronic mail address (e-mail). 

75)Upon request you must provide proof of age and identification, either by e-mail, web cam, or postal mail. We reserve the right to deny participation until this request has been satisfied. 

76)An Alias or Fictitious name is acceptable so long as that name was indicated as such. a)Misrepresentation of your identity or impersonation of anyone is not permissible. 

77)If you are in violation of this agreement, you are solely responsible for your actions as well as being financially obligated for all damages, fees, and financial matters in association with prosecution, and such damages including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of revenue and/or property, fines, imprisonment, and attorney's fees, including without limitation, those generated by prosecution and/or governmentally imposed seizure(s), forfeiture(s), and/or injunction(s). 

78)Submitted photos must be of only you, no group photos are allowed. Furthermore there may be no writing on personal photography. In the case of a Pro-Domina, there may be words, such as a website, with written permission and a fee. 

79)Material we believe to be harmful, offensive, slanderous, abusive, threatening, racist, discriminating, or presented in any hateful way is not allowed. 

80)Anyone attempting to ‘hack’ into the Site or those attempting to collect e-mail address will be banned. 

81)Anyone in connection with "spam" and sending unsolicited messages and/or postings or e-mail will be banned. We desire growth by recognition, recommendation, advertising and respectful publications, not spam. 

82)There will be no transmitting of unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation through email or news groups. All advertising must be market specific. 

83)Millionaireslaves.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN or PIRATED PHOTOS. 

84)Photos that are sent to us via postal mail are not returnable. 

85)You may not use the name of any entity or organization that is not legally yours unless you have written permission and e-mailed it to us. 

86)You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses. 

87)You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to barter, buy or sell any products or services through the Service. 

88)You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. 

89)Materials or links to any lottery, raffle, contest, or game that requires payment and pyramid schemes are prohibited. 

90)The Site cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. 

91)Those banned or terminated, denied or revoked may not use nor attempt to use Millionareslaves.com in any manner. 

92)No files or transfers of software programs are allowed; material concerning any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data or any other harmful or damaging component. 

93)No information regarding software serial numbers is allowed. 

94)You are not allowed to disclose personal identifying information or photography belonging to anyone other than yourself. 

95)You state that all images shared and uploaded will be of only yourself and when you were at least 21 years old.

 96)Information that promotes any illegal activity and/or instructions for illegal activity, actual or perceived, is not allowed and will be reported to the proper authorities. 

97)No acts of solicitation of prostitution is allowed. 

98)Anyone suspected of illegal activity will be reported. 

99)You agree you will not ask anyone to conduct any illegal activity. 

100)Solicitation for illegal acts will be reported to law enforcement. 

101)Anyone committing acts of prostitution will be reported to law enforcement. 

102)From the Site, including but not limited to chat room, message boards, calendars and forums, you may not collect personal or identifying information for any use whatsoever including but not limited to commercial, spam or unlawful purposes. 

103)No disruptive conduct or excessive use of vulgarity in the Site, including but not limited to chat room, message boards, calendars and forums. It is our intent to provide a comfortable, classy and discreet Site for adults. 

104)Conduct or content deemed harmful to Millionaireslaves.com, the Site, any third party content provider, or other individual(s) is prohibited. 

105)The chat room and message boards are for interactive communication but may not be use for advertising or to lure the user to another site. 

106)You agree that the use of the Site is entirely at your own risk. 

107)You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display. 

108)We are not liable for any computer virus or your computer or data in any manner. 

109)COMPLAINTS and Reporting a Violation of these Terms of Service Millionareslaves.com should be informed of any violation of the Terms and Conditions. If you believe there is a violation you should contact Millionareslaves.com so that your complaint may be reviewed. We are under no obligation to take any action and if any action is taken it shall be at the sole discretion of Millionaireslaves.com. 111)License to Content. You hereby grant to Millionaireslaves.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display and modify any posted material including but not limited to profile info and photography. 

112)There will be no use of copyrighted, trademarked, patented or service mark material without the express permission of the author &/or owner, the commission of any acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement, or contributing to, induce, or facilitate infringement. This prohibition shall include, without limitation, all forms of software piracy, actual or perceived. 

113)You may not use any copyright, trademark or service mark without appropriate symbol and/or permission. 

114)We respect and respond to any notification of intellectual property infringement per THE DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT OF 1998 ("DMCA") and including the WIPO Copyright Treaty and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty.
